Since I am getting difficult to add Russian Language text, as some text appears as a question mark(?)

Make sure you either have a text-style in AutoCAD (for the attribute) which uses the same font ... or ... that change your attribute to be a multiline attribute (and so is more compatible with MTEXT supporting different fonts).

Now take MS-Word, type in the symbol you like and use copy and paste

Or open Windows Character Map (>>>details<<<), find there your character and again use copy & paste.

Thanks, but I am looking for any character map option available in Attribute, so that will be easy to add as shown below.

AutoCAD does not have a character map display like the one in Windows.

If you can't use your keyboard for this type of language specific characters you'll need to go another way (as mentioned above).
