Can't get circle drawn in correct place.

I've been stuck on this for a while now and can't figure out how to get the curve on this tool drawn correctly. It is supposed to have a radius of 2 but when I try a tan-tan-radius circle it gets drawn in the wrong place. Locate the center of the arc by offsetting the horizontal line by 2", then strike an arc of 2"R from the shoulder to where it crosses the offset line. Now draw an arc from the intersection to the shoulder and to the horizontal line.

Another way, given what you already have drawn: Draw a horizontal Line leftward from the "shoulder" you want the Circle to touch, far enough to reach inside the Circle. Then MOVE the Circle from its intersection with that temporary Line to the shoulder corner. ERASE the temporary Line. TRIM some appropriate things, and perhaps ERASE the vertical Line if that's what it is [not part of a Polyline].

Thanks a lot! I think i understood that correctly. Seems to have fixed it.
