Student Free Trial - Unable to Install in UK

My Step Son is using AutoCAD at School for his Graphical Communications National 5, he has been told he can load AutoCAD Student on his Laptop to allow him to work on his Project at Home.

When he tries to Register an Account he gets as far as entering his School Name (which along with all Scottish Schools we tried) isn't there and even if he picks a School that is there he is stuck in a loop of Registering his School.

Does the Free Student Licence have to be done via his School? any Info appreciated.

He can use my CAD on my Work Laptop but its not ideal...
