When inserting a specific template border file into a drawing it first fails, then errors and sends a Fatal Error.

Hi,

first make sure that your AutoCAD2020 is updated from your Autodesk Desktop App , then try to clean well your CAD dwg files and see if any changes ? >> Click <<

I have tried, Purge, Audit, E (all), but WBlock worked.
