finish your title-block then you can attache it as xref . by this you can keep your fixed data unchangeable in the other drawings and by attributes you can make your changable ones .

i'm ready to stay with you till you finish it , just start and keep trying . 🙂

it seems a good start ... you can search by google for titleblock examples and you will find a lot .

I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you say 'menu' so I'll have to guess. Here goes.....what you describe as a 'menu' is known as an attribute. There can be more than one attribute in a single titleblock. The concept behind attributes in a titleblock can be described as reusable content. Reusable because you can use the same titleblock from project-to-project. Even though it's the same titleblock, you are able to change the project number, client's name and address, date, drawn by, approved by, and sheet title, to name a few.

There are out-of-the-box titleblocks in various sheet size layouts that you can EDIT then use as your own OR you can create your own starting from scratch. Either way, be sure to perform a SAVE AS on your titleblock with extension dwt and save it in a folder that's easily accessible. That way your titleblock will function as a drawing template. Of course, once you start drawing you'll save it as with a dwg extension and not a dwt, otherwise you'll end up over writing your drawing template making more work when you reuse it for future drawings.

The default location for out-of-the-box titleblocks are here:

C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Autodesk\YOUR AUTOCAD VERSION 20XX\enu\Template\AutoCAD Template

It might be worth your time looking into standards. There are some standards that deal with title blocks like ISO 5457 (sheet layout) and ISO 7200 (Deals with Title block data) so there are some out there but check out any that are related to your or your clients relevant industry.
