topic Finding the high point of an arc using AutoCAD in AutoCAD Forum

The main thing I'm struggling with at the moment is how to make arcs. With a compass, pencil and graph paper it is a breeze to do simple stuff but I haven't got the hang of doing simple things with the Arc command yet....anyways...

How do I create an arc at the high point of another arc? (drawing attached, it's Figure 4-44C). I need to be able to do this to solve a drawing exercise I'm working on but have spent the last hour+ with no luck so thought I'd ask here. If I can achieve this I think I can complete the exercise...hopefully... 🙂

Ok, forget using the Arc command. That is a much better and way more logical way of doing it. Thank you!
