Problem printing

Hi!

I have Autocad 2015.

It have always worked fine printing, but now it stoped working. I cant even open the preview window. I start the printing, select the area but when i press print or preview it does not appear anything. The printing window just disappears.

Is there anybody that recognise this issue?

Hi,

Is it that the plot window is not appearing when type in PLOT or press Ctrl+P? Can you share the snapshot for more clarity?

Please clarify - When you are in the plot dialog and you pick preview nothing shows but you are still in the plot dialog? If you pick print then the dialog goes away and nothing happens?

Is that what you are experiencing?

Let us know what operating system you are using and what plotter driver and version you are using.

Nope! It have been like this for about a month.. I have restarted the program a lot sice. I just dindn´t have time to fix i until now 🙂 I have sent all my files to my college to print during that time.. (don´t worry, i don´t print every day, so it was just like 2 or 3 files 😉 )

The dialog goes away and nothing happens when i press preview and the same happens when I press print.

My operating system is macOs Catalina version 10.15.2

Now I also noticed that it the command field says "_plot" when the window closes down when press print or preview.. Then it says "Specify opposite corner or [Fence/WPolygon/CPolygon]:" when use the select tool on the drawing.

Maybe I somehow have activated another kind of plot tool that i do not now how it works?

One other thing: In some drawings it automatically choose "Window" in the drop down for "what to print:". In other drawings it choose "Display".. Why? Is that also some kind of selection that i can make that differs from drawing to drawing? When i chose Print from window in the drawing that automatically chooses print from Display, the Print from Window also works differently.

Tried reseting now.. it does not work anyway 😕
