How to set PGP file location

I set the acad.cui path to an other place, but when i try to edit the PGP file-it doesn't find it
Where do i set it's default location?
Can it be changed?

You AutoCAD session will tell you where the PGP file it is using is located if you type this exactly as I show it at the commandline

(findfile "acad.pgp")

Or you can use Windows Search feature to find it, copy it where you want, then assign that folder in AutoCAD's OPTIONS command's FILE tab, topmost entry.

It worked, but why did it change place?

The new location is:

C:\Users\new user\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2014\R19.1\enu\Acad.CUIX

I made a new folder: Acad. CUIX but in an other place, and put there acad.cuix

What is the Roaming folder, why is it created? why isn't it in the search path?

There are many files there

Hi,

You can guide AutoCAD where to look from Options >> Files tab >> Support File search .

AppData\Roaming is where programs on your machine store data that is specific to your user account. The folder is normally hidden, and lives within your user account home folder.
