How to group lines from different layer into one layer?

I have a black 0.35mm continuous line,a blue 0.35mm continuous line and a green center2 0.35mm line,all in their own layer.How can I group them in one layer,so when I choose to hide this layer,none of the lines are visible?

Select the Lines

Right Click

Go to Properties

Change the layer

You might need to change the colors and lineweights again, if they were Bylayer on their respective layers.

Hi,

you can select your layers from LAYER command dialog then right click and select Merge Selected Layers option .

Are they getting their colors and linetypes and lineweights from the Layers they are originally on? And do you want them to have those colors and linetypes and lineweights, different from each other, when put into a common Layer? If so, you will need to apply override color/linetype/lineweight properties on them. A routine could be made to do that, extracting those properties from the source Layers and imposing them on the lines, if necessary.
