&lt;P&gt;Phone only if you have a support conract for phone support.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We don't know about your product and contracts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;There is a support for chats with directly experts, Autodesk email and also for phone support.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Most of them are very good people.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe it's because i am beginner but forum help doesn't look usefull at all. Firstly half of forum isn't working since i was trying to use it. Secondly everytime i found something i was looking for question was answered with useless advice like ...check your drivers or not at all. And today their tutorials on official pages don´t load pictures. But when i am at it i will ask. How can i use wall calculator when using poly based mesh from blender to not getting crash? and secondly why when i was using tutorial for turbine did it crashed without without avaibility to reopen? it says it got corrupt. Everytime it does´t like something it crashes instead of just not doing it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

A lot of the questions asked in the forums can be answered with an internet search. The key is to use correct terminology&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The single most important thing is posting in the correct forum.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
