I have a file with 18 layout tabs. 2 of these tabs are not plotting correctly. Plot preview of the files show them correctly, but when plotting to pdf, they do not plot correctly. After a few hours of troubleshooting, I have narrowed it down to this:

If I shift the contents of the viewport (as in double click inside the viewport and pan to a different view in model space) then plot, everything works as it should. When I have the viewport set where I need it to be, everything except the floorplan background disappears when I plot the tab to pdf. I have a titleblock and text in the layout tab, and 2 viewports, one is a section of the floorplan and the other is an overall site plan. All of the other 16 tabs plot correctly except these two. Model space has the overall floorplan, symbols and wiring. Everything disappears except for the floorplan. I have completely recreated this tab in its entirety and the problem still exists. I have copied components of other working tabs, and the problem still exists. If I shift the contents of the viewport away from the area I need, everything plots correctly. Help?!

Sorry, they all worked for me creating to PDF's. Of course I used the acad.ctb since the associated one was not available. I usually just use the layout setting instead of extents since the limits of each drawing is set. I did do an audit and a purge of reg apps before I created the PDFs.

Thank you for giving me that feedback. For some reason my computer will not plot those two layout tabs correctly. My husband has the same setup as mine, so based on your response, I had him try it, too. His also worked! I am completely befuddled as to why 2 out of 18 tabs would not plot correctly and is directly affected by the viewport. That plot file is the basic plot file I use for all of my projects, so I have no idea why these two tabs suddenly rebelled. Thank you for your assistance.
