R2010 and older will not reauthorize: no way around it, not even the LTU as far as I know.
Newer versions will be just find to reauthorize, assuming you don;t have any other issues with your HD move and the OS.

Good luck.

Hi! I have an Autocad perpetual license. I have a new computer and I want to move the hard disk from the old computer to the new computer (as the primary hard disk), so I may keep all my programs and configurations. Might I have any problem with my Autocad license or should I do something before moving the ssd?

Thanks

Depending on the AutoCAD version, and if the License Transfer Utility still exists, you can transfer the license to Autodesk and then transfer it back when the HDD is back up and running.

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/ENU/Autodesk-Installation/files/GUID-47C8BDE2-F44C-4F29-9CA3-9A3AD4424CF1-htm.html?st=license%20transfer%20utility

Thanks for the answer.

The Autocad is 2021. So, I have to use the License Transfer Utility (LTU) and send the license to my Autodesk account and later I have to use again the LTY to put it back to the computer, even if Autocad will remain in the same hard disk. Am I ok?

If you use the version 2021 with perpetual license, so you have 2 way activation, the first way you use sign in, the second you type the serial number and activate with the internet, if cannot you can activate by activation code. I think you use the old hdd so you don't need LTU tools.

You can go to https://registeronce.autodesk.com, insert serial number and request activation code, the website will generate for you the activation code.
