topic Will Autocad 2019 run well using 2 quadro nvs 295 graphics cards non-sli? in AutoCAD Forum

I have some users who are looking to repurpose some of their older machines into autocad 2019 machines. The ram definitely needs to be upgraded, but the graphics cards in the systems are quadro nvs 295, which I dont think would work well even with Sli. Am I wrong or should I tell them to get newer gpus/computers?

As long as they meet the "recommended" sections of the system requirements you should be fine unless you are all doing something more demanding like 3D modelling and rendering etc. https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/System-requirements-for-AutoCAD-2019-including-Specialized-Toolsets.html

If you only aim for or less than the "minimum" requirements then everyone's performance will be just that, slow.
