How to make lines in 3D intersect each other in AutoCAD

please can u help me with this

I need to select two lines in the 3D and make them intersect to each other?
so can u help me with this ?! and how make a LSP file for this ?!

Yeah sure here u go thx for the replay

Line 1 and 2 not intersection cuz they are not in the same plan I think so what I need to do cuz I have so many like this I need an lsp so I can select the two-line shown in the pic and make them intersect with each other
so that if I want to make trim or I need to snap to the intersection point I can.

if do you want to make all of your lines intersect and become at the same level plan , try to use FLATTEN command . if do you want more help you can attache here your CAD dwg file for testing .

AHH That command makes my 3D canopy in 2D XD so it does the job but in 2D i want to do the same thing but in 3D !

Mohammad,

if you have a 3d solid CAD objects , you can NOT do that . again .. show us your 3d and tell us what exactly you want to do ?

Here you have attached the model also if u want to check it

this is a canopy I want to take this model and draw the steel beam in robot structural analysis

the problem is the curve line, not intersection each other
so in robot I can not snap to the intersection point
and in 3D I can not make that intersection
so what I am looking, for now, to make these lines intersect each other

anyway I put the DXF in Revit and I make the model but it takes me more time

so I want to know if there is any lsp or command it can do the job much easy

the Revit does the job cuz it automatically joins the analytical model so that what I was looking for.

Exactly that what I need I need to make the z for the lines the same so they can intersect each other but it is hard without an auto lsp , cuz look at the dxf attached u will get my point if u can help me to do that tell me

In 3d, try SLICE the model at the elevation you want and snap to it.

They don't need to actually intersect, nor be in the same plane. You can use the APPARENT INTERSECTION Object-snap mode [APP abbreviation]. The returned point seems to be the apparent location on the more-recently-drawn of the two objects.
