What other software?
AutoCAD has no built in ability to export or plot to 3DPDF. If you need 3DPDF you will need to purchase a 3rd party PDF driver that does that.

Or use Illustrator which you already have and seem happy with the results.

HTH

Hi,

I am trying to export a pdf from CAD of a 3d model. It has to consist of lines for later processing in another software. 2D wireframe does this the right way, but also with the lines that you can not see from my chosen viewpoint. The hidden visual style gets rid of these lines, but the pdf becomes a pixelated image, where the lines are not adaptable anymore. Is there a solution to exporting a pdf that consists of lines (that can be altered, like for example in Illustrator), and also hides the lines that are not visible. There can't be any coloured surface either. I just want a clean 3d drawing with black lines and without transparancy.
