I have a question because I am running AutoCAD 2025 Education with Nvidia Rtx 2000ada on Windows 11 Pro and I am having a problem that appears to be a graphics driver conflict. When I close an AutoCAD drawing, the screen jerks, but when I stop the mouse, the strange phenomenon stops and when I move the mouse, the strange phenomenon occurs. Windows compatibility operation did not solve the problem, and it was okay when I forcibly lowered DirectX from version 12 to version 11, but I am asking because I wonder if there is another solution.

Hello,

Method 1: Make sure the latest graphics drivers are installed. Sometimes, newer drivers can fix compatibility issues.

Method 2: Check for updates of the current version of AutoCad.

Method 3: Edit AutoCad graphics settings;

* In AutoCAD, go to the options menu (type OPTIONS in the command line).

* Go to the “Display” tab and try adjusting settings like Hardware Acceleration or switching between different graphics performance modes.

Enjoy your work.
