      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Harry,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try running "Reset Settings to Default" in the start menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes the settings get jumbled on install, or with a windows update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if that fixes the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;James&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good advice James, that is what I would have suggested.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is also worth downloading the latest graphics driver.&lt;/P&gt;
