If you follow the screenshots above, after completion. Where can I adjust the size or scale of that Transformer symbol I have created? Please explain.

You can't specify the scale on insert like you can on a non-ACADE block using the insert command. If you wanted to scale it, you would have to manually do it with either the scale command or in properties.

Your only other alternative is to create different versions of a block with different scales, such as a 1.5x, 2.0x, etc.. where you "scale" it in the creation of the block.

You can change the feature scale multiplier as a drawing or project property...

or adjust the scale in the geometry properties after insert...

Your life will probably be easier if you use 1:1 scale and the symbol is the correct size

Also, for case-by-case scale changes, you can change a setting in the Icon Menu.
