Please any Help on this Issue, First I opened a WD_addattar_comp and added some attributes and save it, than on my panel layout drawings I use Schematic List command to bring the footprints into the drawing, once I insert the footprint component and go click on Show/Edit Miscellaneous AutoCAD freezes? I could not find out why it is doing so.

I just added a new attribute to my WD_PTAG_ADDATTR_COMP, and inserted a new footprint. Worked like a charm.

Could you post your WD_PTAG_ADDATTR.COMP.dwg here?

Did you use Icon Menu or Schematic List to insert your footprint? because I tried it with Panel Icon Menu and it works fine, but when I use Schematic list it freezes AutoCAD. Thank you

Tried with your file, and I use the Schematic List. Still no problem.

Is it possible that the WD_PTAG_ADDATTR_COMP block already exists in your drawing?

If you try to purge, and have a look at stiff that can/cannot be purged.. Can you see that block there?

Ok great, because I thought I had it work for some time but was not sure. I did purge my drawing but still the same problem. I did also try it with some team members, since we are sharing the same databases and libraries, they do have the same problem.
