From/To Schematic Report locks up computer

When running the From/To Report for wires, AutoCAD locks up and must be shut down by the task manager.

At what step does it hang?

Could it be that there's a dialog stuck "off screen"?

If you press ESC, will that get you back?

If so, when it's hanging, press ALT + [SPACE], then press M and then use the arrow keys left/right to move the dialog back onto the screen.

ALT+[SPACE] Doesn't work. ACADE locks up and needs to be forced close then restart.

What about ESC ? Does that work?
If you try with one of the demo projects, will the report work then?
If you use the command AEREBUILDDB to rebuild your project database, will that help?

keyboard actions did not work. the whole computer except for task manager locks up.

Sounds like something is corrupt.

Try doing a "Reset Settings to Default" on the AutoCAD Electrical.

(its located in the start menu, in the file folder labelled "AutoCAD Electrical XXXX" (where XXXX is the Version you own...)
