ATTRIBUTE OVERLAP ON MULTIPLE SHEET

I OPEN THE FILE AND THE ATTRIBUTE ARE OVERLAPPING EACH OTHER AND I HAVE 39 SHEETS HOW CAN I CHANGE THE PLACE

You can wblock the titleblock to a file. Then, fix that file and use the block swap/update tool to update the entire project.

I m not able to do that if I send you some files can you do it for me i can move the text up manually but my main concern is to save my time.In the pic it is clear that the text are overlapped.

I did it manually but i have too many sheet which will take time

Ok. This dwg is created by EPLAN, and not AutoCAD. The inserted title block and the definition of the title block doesn't even match. The text styles for the attributes don't match for example.
I'm sorry, but I can't spend a lot of time fixing up this title block for you.

Use the BEDIT command to fix the EPLFRAME block, and the run the attsync command afterwards to update the inserted block.
