Darrel,

Doing that I still have to do the following for every new project. I was wondering if there was a way to automatically default to IEC instead of NFPA for every new project. Please see attached.

I seemed to have installed AutoCAD electrical with the NFPA norm as default so now every new project is only giving me the "Copy settings from project file" as NFPA. Is there a way to change this default? Please see attached

Make your own project template.

Set this:

I think that will accomplish what you need.

Sounds like you need to add the IEC libraries first then setup a new project with all the properties and settings you like then store that projects .wdp file to a location to be used for the next project.

Best regards,
Jeff

If you installed libraries they are typically installed in public users documents folder. Once installed you should be able to select IEC option like Darrell shows. Then just make sure all the library and icon menu paths are set the way they need to be and you should be good to go.

Best regards

Jeff
