Issue With Copy Component

Hi All!

I am not sure why this is happening, so if anyone has some tips, thanks in advance!

I opened an existing document today and wanted to copy some newly added components. When I went to copy there was no preview of the copied component as normal. Then I noticed the location of the symbol was far away from my selected component (see image).

Hi Benjamin

When you open the actual block DWG file, is the item offset from the origin (0,0)?

Thanks for the reply!

I had tried restarting the program a few times, but only now noticed this note in the command bar:

>>Note: a UCS (User Coordinate System) is active. Some AE commands will not work.
Type UCS and press [Enter] twice for "world" coordinate system.

That fixed the issue. Just wanted to post in case anyone else has a similar problem.
