ACA 2016

This is probably simple and I don't want to admit how much time I've spent trying to figure this out before posting here, but...

I've used spaces for BOMA calcs in the past, and the center grip had 4 'sub-grips' around it whereby I could manipulate the various boundaries...net, gross, etc. I thought those boundaries were called 'Manual', but I can't find them. I've tried all space styles...nothing.

How do I turn them on???

Thanks,

Scott
