Modifying the Menu Bar

How Can I add items onto the Menu Bar? I have several Workspace settings but on the Architecture one there is only File, Window and Help.

How can I add the ones shown in the JP Menu Bar to the Arch Menu Bar (See below)

CUI command
Select your workspace
On the right side, at the top, select CUSTOMIZE WORKSPACE button
Go back to the left side expand every section then add check marks next to everything you want to see in this workspace.
Then go back to the right side and click on the DONE button.
Click on he APPLY button, then OK button.

Use WSSAVE command to save your newly modified workspace.
