I am struggling to get a wall schedule that will show length and area. I keep messing with property set definition but get nowhere. Does anyone have one to share, or help me figure out the issue?

Can you share your DWG file with the "wall" in question and your current attempts?

Is there a good reason why your Schedule Table applies to Roof, Roof Slab, and Wall? If this is going to be just a Wall Schedule, then drop the Roof and Roof Slab objects (and drop the columns that pull properties from Property Sets that only apply to Roof and/or Roof Slabs).

For the length and areas of the Walls, use the automatic properties. Area may be a little tricky, as you have choices there - left or right side of the Wall, and gross or net area.

Are you trying to do something like this?

If so, see the attached file, which is a revised version of the one you posted.

@benkunkel75

Question marks in Schedule Tables usually mean that the Property Set of the property in that column is not attached to the object(s) being shown on that row.

A quick way to resolve that is to select the Schedule Table and then, on the Schedule Table contextual ribbon tab, on the Modify panel, choose the Add All Property Sets tool. This is also available on the right-click context menu if you have a Schedule Table selected.
