Question about the render depth setting when rendering a scene with hair in it.

Can you please tell me, when rendering a scene with hairs in it, does the render setting, render depth increase TRANSMISSION help to render the hairs? Picture 1 is my rendering, picture 2 is the reference picture effect.

You should either increase specular_ray_depth or standard_hair.extra depth.

Ok, thank you for your careful explanation, please tell me if the value of the position of the screenshot is turned up? I found the effect is not obvious after testing.

If this is with GPU, you will need to update your plugin.

It's working for me here. Maybe you could try it with a simple scene to test its working or upload it so that we can test it.
