Decompression failed

Hi I have a Mac and have not been able to download Arnold because it always says decompression failed. I tried to download it from other browsers but it gives me the same answer. I asked for help from the Autodesk assistance but they weren't able to fix the problem after several tries. I don't know what to do.

"arnold.tgz" ?

Is that really what you want? You don't want a plugin, like C4DtoA or MtoA, you want the Arnold SDK? Those you can get at arnoldrenderer.com/download

How did you rename the file? When I click Download, I get Arnold-7.1.0.0_MacOSX.tgz

What's the file size of the download? Should be 327.7MB

If that's the size, then just extract it with the macOS Archive Utility
