topic Distance to drag CVs. in Alias Forum

I'm doing the advanced tutorial, model a vacuum cleaner. In the create the side of the handle, it says to drag the interior CVs of the new curve but, it doesn't say anything about how far to drag them toward the centerline. Is there supposed to be a certain distance or am I supposed to just guess? Thanks!

I'm not familiar with this particular tutorial, but in many instances, the "correct" distance is just how ever far you need to move it to achieve the shape you are looking for.

I suppose you're correct. I was just wondering if there was a specific distance in order to get the side of the vacuum to look right. Thanks!
