Hi;

My name is carlos ortega, I have a problem that I dont know how to fix it.

When I try to open alias Studio 2017 later the installation it dont execute and dont open anithing.

Please help me

Could you re-download the software from our Virtual Agent (click on Download Links, choose product and version) and then try the installation again?

I re download the program but the issue continues.

I am sorry to hear that! May I clarify:

- You can download the software without problem, yes?

- Are you able to install the software?

- If you have downloaded and installed it, when you open the software, there is no response at all?

- Is there any error message? If yes, it would be great if you can share the screenshot.
