    <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks, i found the solutions, but unfortunatly when i opened the file on rhinoceros, the surfaces that were trimmed exploded as non trimmed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have my alias autodesk file in .wire format, I tried to export it in other formats such as .obj, but unfortunatly the only format that shows up when I try to export is the .wire.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You are on the right path, but you have to open the option panel of File&amp;gt;Export&amp;gt;ActiveAs tool.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the option panel you can select the format you want to use for saving. Have a look at my screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FB&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are no untrimmed/trimmed surfaces in OBJ files, which is a triangle mesh format. You also did not say that you needed to export the file to Rhino. If that is the goal, then use the STP format.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
