This is the same behaviour like management tools or other palettes. Close the software and open the explorer and go to this path: c/programdata/Autodesk/advance steel 2019/yourinstalledlanguage/

Here should be a file assettings_user.xml.

You have two options, delete the file and restart advance steel or open the file search advance palette and have a look at the location...there you will see -20000 or something similar, change it to 0 and restart AS

Thank You Sebastian. I had to remove one of my monitors and everything showed back up. The toolbars were located on the monitor that I removed. I did review assettings_user.xml to review where the toolbars were located.

I know this problem (I have 3 screens) by taking my notebook to make training or something =).

That is what happened, I had 3 monitors and IT wanted one back, so I am waiting on an "extra" monitor to show up. 😉

The problem with upgrading is if you need to roll back to before. I have the issue sometimes where I can only see a bottom inch of a toolbar on a screen. I just power off that monitor for a few seconds and those toolbars jump to another screen then I re-position. 3 screens is very nice and going back to 2 would make me feel restricted 😄 They took your monitor back? That's just mean LOL.

I got upgraded to a pair of 27's, my old monitors were all passed down, then we had a couple of 19's left over so I used one. Well (I know it is deep and cold) 20 min later they found out they were needed someplace else. I'm just glad they are not the old green or amber monitors on a 286 (what I started Acad on) 🙂
