Unable to access validation tool

I am unable to access the Autodesk Validation tool. I am not sure whether it is unavailable for India region. But it's not listed under the products category in ACC as well. Can someone confirm if it's available for India or not?

According to this video the validation tool is only available for Docs Unlimited or BIM360 Unlimited.
