One of my best proposals is related to the development of certain areas, specifically regarding their potential.</P><P>In my analysis, I believe there is significant opportunity for improvement. For example, we could consider integrating residential zones with office spaces, as well as commercial and hospitality areas.</P><P>Currently, the breakdown shows 10% for commercial, 20% for offices, and 30% for hospitality.
