Hello all,

I only have sketchbook for ios (which I paid for years ago and then Autodesk gave to everyone else). I run a very small business and have been using this tool for a lot of marketing stuff lately using clear PNG's. Now I'm being told that since iOS 13.3 any clear png that goes through Photos is converted to a jpg where it loses it's alpha channel.

How the heck am I supposed to finish this work now? Is there NO way to get a clear png (with nothing but white lines) onto a layer in Sketchbook?

I am going to be so upset if I have lost every hour I've spent with this project.

Thank you for taking the time to try and help anyone.

J...

Okay, okay, settle down champ.

You can copy and paste them directly to a layer if you can find the files anywhere OTHER than the photos app. So after you create the transparent png you need to dump it somewhere you can copy directly from that and paste onto a layer.

And, yes, I know I just answered my own question with a work-around but I hate leaving dead posts. It's not easy but it works. Anyone else with a better method?
