Can't use basic pencil correctly using my stylus (Windows 10)

Whenever I try to draw using the pencil tool using my stylus pen, It always comes out grey (If I want Black).

It is perfect when I draw using finger touch or mouse. But I prefer my stylus so please help with this.

I am using HP pavilion 360 convertible touch screen laptop with windows 10.

First of all: Enable Windows INK

Second of all: Set your Pressure Sensitivity within Sketchbook using the Pressure Slider.

If none of this works, then your stylus is uncompatible.
I've heard that HP Styluses has a lot of problems. So try with something like Wacom or Staedtler
