Hello. My boss was a big fan of Sketchbook Pro on his iPad. The iPad will no longer allow him to use that app. When he clicks on it, it says "SKETCH BOOK" needs to be updates. The developer of this app needs to update it to work with iOS 11.

We are now on Ios 12 but we can not access his images or even open Sketchbook. Please help!

NOTE: If you have access to an iPad with iOS 9, you can use iMazing software to transfer the app from iPad with iSO 12 to iPad with iOS 9, you can then open SketchBook and save it to the iCloud.

This is the screen response he is getting.

He wants to access his drawings in the old Sketchbook Pro and does not want to use the new Sketchbook.

He is unable to access his drawings.

SketchBook Pro is a 32 bit app. It won't run on iOS 11 or 12 because it is a 64 bit OS only. It will not run. The only solution is to use the newer version.

If you want to still use the older version, you need to find an older iPad to run it. You need to transfer the app from iPad running iOS 11/12 to an iPad running iOS 9/10. The only way to do this is via iMazing software.

iTunes (lastest version) has removed the App Store so it is very difficult to get the software on another device. If you need sketches, you need to back it up via iExplore. It is noted in the forum post:
