Saved image not saved

Hello, I just finished a drawing and I tapped on save current sketch. I tried saving it to photos nothing, then to notes nothing. Then I went to gallery, tapped on my image, would not stop loading, refresh the app and did not save the changes. I do however have it on iCloud which is on another person’s iPad. But it’s in this weird png file or another file that says it’s png, it for some reason won’t let me email it nor send it to text through my iPad. I tried using the app on the person’s iPad but when opened, nothing appears or another way I did to put the file in the app it crashed. The file is there, it’s just odd.

Can you try to restore settings in SketchBook?

Settings > SketchBook (Scroll down) > Toggle on "Restore Preferences".
