SketchBook lags and freezes

Hello!

I'm a new user of SketchBook. I downloaded it in May 2018, when it went free. I played with it for some time, downloaded some brushes, sketched a little and there were no problems.

When I came back in June, after two or so weeks of not using it, problems begane. When I open a new file, it’s okay for about 5 minutes, but then it starts lagging and then freezes. When it happens, I can’t do anything else than closing the program. It also asks if I want to save the file. Same problem happens every time.

I started looking for solution on the Internet, in Help Center, on forums. I discovered that Sketchbook has some troubles with Dell computers (I use Dell Inspiron 5567 and tablet One by Wacom by the way). I followed the instructions, but it didn't help.

Then Sketchbook started to lag my WHOLE laptop. I open the program, draw for max. 5 minutes and my laptop starts whirring (like if it’s working really hard), lags a lot and I have to close the program, then it calms down.

I have updated drivers. I tried everything I could find, but none of those solutions worked for me.
