Prosubscription coming up as free trial

Hi there,

I have today created a new account with 1 year Pro subscription. It seems to be working OK on my laptop but my mobile has reverted to the limited Free Trail set up and isn't recognising the full subscription. The payment confirmation came through fro Google Play so seems to have worked OK. I logged out of my account on phone and back in but still nothing.

Any ideas?

Just logout and sign in to SketchBook. If the ruler/compass icon had 9 tools in it, you are in Pro mode. For Android, you need to be on Android 4.3 or higher to get the 9th tool (Timelapse):

This exact issue has happened again! I am attempting to get support from Sketchbook but the website says I’m not able to as I’m not a Pro subscriber (which obviously I am). Can I please have a contact number for support as it’s becoming quite frustrating now (I use this software for work).
