      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope someone can help me with this. I have a Samsung Galaxy Chromebook and I've been using sketchbook on my Chromebook many of the time. However today I wanted to open the app it keeps crashing. I decided to uninstall the app and reinstall it but the issue still occurs.&amp;nbsp; I also tried clearing the cache aswell but no luck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I'm hoping this information can help you to solve my issue. The app began to crash when my Chromebook had an update. Moreover, when I try to install other&amp;nbsp;apps that are similar to Sketchbook, I was able to run them successfully. However, unfortunately, I'm not satisfied with those apps and I prefer Sketchbook. Lastly, an inquiry, there's a downloadable option for&amp;nbsp; Sketchbook; however, it's only for Windows and Apple OS. Will there be a downloadable version for the Chrome OS in the future?
