I did a sketch of a sea creature. But when I upload as png there is unwanted transparency in what I need to be white filled space. Inside the lines of the actual octopus is where I created the solid white fill. I checked transparency set to 100 on all layers? What am I missing?

Maybe you just filled it with less then 100% opacity or flow. This might cause the error.
By painting on a white background you might not have noticed that your colors are slighly transparent.
Just an idea.
