Sketch Book won't close

I am trying to shut down Sketch Book, but it won't close. I've tried shutting down my mac, but it can't cause autodesk won't close. The app is unresponsive. I tried to delete the app, but that didn't work too. So for days I've been getting this screen below. If I try to press okay, the screen flashes

white and is unresponsive. I just want to delete the app for space. Can someone tell me how I could just get rid of this??

You need to force quit the app. See the link below....

The Quartz Extreme message basically means that your system is NOT running the built-in video card or it's not powerful enough to run SketchBook.
