      <title>Updates seem to fail</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had a series of difficulties with my Autocad LT 2018, and it had been suggested I perform a reset, which I have done.&amp;nbsp; I opened the software today and saw I needed an update, so I clicked to install it and it opened an Autocad app (not sure of the names of the component parts) which appeared in my status bar with a blue-green script A icon. It seems to stall out in the process of launching, I have retried it several times.&amp;nbsp; Please advise.&amp;nbsp; I have attached the screenshots int he sequence I saw them, but they are numbered in reverse sequence.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to install the version at this link and the error message was that it's an older version than I have.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
