    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the feedback. I tried as described but then I got the Error3051 asking to download and reinstall AdODIS-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;installer.exe but then reinstalling using ADA and got back to the same point.       <description>Do you face the same issue if you get your software and updates from your accounts page &lt;A href="https://manage.autodesk.com/home/" target="_blank"&gt;https://manage.autodesk.com/home/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Worth testing: you always have options to get your subscription software/updates outside of troublesome ADA.</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In order to fix the issue try the following:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Go to the Windows Services.
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press the&amp;nbsp;&lt;I&gt;Win + R&lt;/I&gt;&amp;nbsp;keys on your keyboard. ​​​​​​&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Type&amp;nbsp;&lt;I&gt;"services.msc"&lt;/I&gt;&amp;nbsp;in the Run window and hit Enter or press&amp;nbsp;&lt;I&gt;OK&lt;/I&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Stop the service "Autodesk Access Service Host".&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Go to&amp;nbsp;C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AdODIS\V1.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click on "RemoveODIS.exe" if exists otherwise remove manually all the content in the folder.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Now you should be able to install or uninstall the software with no issues.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
