&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the ADA forum. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Can you send us screenshot of the error when you try to install Plant3D?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We would like to know more about the issue. You may refer to the&amp;nbsp; attached document for instructions on how to collect logs. Please send us the&amp;nbsp;following logs:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. SDS logs: %programdata%\Autodesk\sds\Log&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Install Service: %localappdata%\Autodesk\.AdskAppManager&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Meanwhile, can you try following steps:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Exit Autodesk desktop app(from system tray menu)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Stop AdAppMgr Service(task manager)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. Go to %Programdata% &amp;gt; Autodesk &amp;gt; Delete the “SDS” folder&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4. Restart Autodesk desktop app.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. Try to install Plant3D again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Plant3D installation error. Code 1359</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having trouble installing Plant3D through Autodesk. I have tried version 2018 and 2019 and both begin the install and part of way through I get the error message "The system cannot open the device or file specified. C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Temp\_Al30D7.tmp\x64\PLNT3D\PLNT3D.msi"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have used Autodesk to install AutoCad and Navisworks with no problems. It seems to only be related to Plant3D.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help appreciated,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Matt.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
