      <title>Desktop app - Server is unable to process this request</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure where to post this, but this week i've been getting the following error multiple times during the day:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If i open the system tray and try the "check now" function it gives the same error:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="2018-06-14_1603.png" style="width: 267px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/512193i7982CDCF641614BC/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="2018-06-14_1603.png" alt="2018-06-14_1603.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The version of the desktop app is 7.0.5.154&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any idea what might be wrong, is it on the Autodesk end or on my end?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="UserName lia-user-name lia-user-rank-Mentor lia-component-message-view-widget-author-username"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="login-bold"&gt;The current version of Autodesk desktop app is 7.0.10.89.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="UserName lia-user-name lia-user-rank-Mentor lia-component-message-view-widget-author-username"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="login-bold"&gt;Please uninstall Autodesk desktop app and re-install with the following link, you will get the latest one.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Updating the Desktop app seems to have fixed the issue, so thank you for the link.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The weird bit was that i had the "update automatically" option checked in the app, but apparently it didn't do that...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
