&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Solution :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do a &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2018/ENU/AutoCAD-Core/files/GUID-5072D0D0-5DB7-4649-8B2F-1FD5A3FA3643-htm.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Boundary&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;inside the wall and create another polyline which will help to remove Self Intersection error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can also use PRESSPULL and select in between one of the walls. PRESSPULL extrudes any enclosed area.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Type BO(Enter)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Pick inside the wall(as if you were to hatch the wall)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;now press enter.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will create another polyline of the walls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try using extrude command and select the newly created polyline and it should work.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or if you are finding it difficult to get this done, as suggested by &lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/390021"&gt;@neaton&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you can use PRESSPULL command and pick inside the wall, and type in the height value.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
