Tried searching the forum, but couldn't find a solution!

Since upgrading to 2018, the colors on my file in model space look really dull so it is really hard drafting on my eyes. Any solutions!? (Besides booking an eye appointment). Wen i click on layer manager you can see the difference. It looks like everything is in XREF but is not.

Thank you!

Are any objects with 'dull colors' on a layer with transparency greater than 0? To determine if any layers have a transparency value, check the transparency column in the Layers Prop Mgr. If you don't want the objects to plot transparent, change the value to 0 so they'll appear solid and plot solid too. If you want the object to appear normal in modelspace but still plot transparent when you print, then you can turn off the transparency while in modelspace and simultaneously maintain the transparency during the plot.

What are you using for a background color? The default dull-grey background has that kind of "feel" to my eye, but I set the background to be Black, and things are much clearer.
