Sometimes PDF files can have embedded special fonts. The PDF extractor is not legally allowed to import these fonts and your degree symbol may have a substituted font. If this is the only problem consider yourself lucky, fix it with the Mtext editor.

I am trying to import a PDF into Autocad Civil3D 2019. Everything is importing correctly except for the bearing labels. It seems that the degree symbol is causing some kind of error and the bearing will just show up as little squares. Anyone have a solution for this?
